MeteoInfo Java V0.8: Support GRIB-1, GRIB-2, HDF (partly) and many other data formats powered by NetCDF Java library and CDM. The big challenge is to read correct coordinate and projection information from the data files with many different convensions. Which need to be improved significantly in the future.

For ARL data format, the data information including grid setting, levels, variables and so on was recorded in front of each time data section which consists of many data record. The record length is nx * ny + 50. So the data information may need several data record if the grid x/y number is small and the data information is big. MeteoInfo was updated to deal with this condition.
